Hi Shannon, Great post (as usual). Blessings to you too, on this International Day of Peace. Have you seen this? It was sent to me this morning by a friend. Read the account of the meditator and the security guards. http://ultimatepeacefulproject.blogspot.com/
Namaste, Catherine
It's you and me in the newsletter, my Peace-Loving Sister!
Great Links…I will be visiting them to share, spread, and ripple the Peace and Love!
Ommmmmmm….Shanti….Shanti….Shanti….
;-)
AS always a TIME for MEDITATION, CONTEMPLATION, DELIBERATION & REFLECTION …
but above ALL a TIME to THINK about our ACTIONS, NON-ACTIONS & INTERACTIONS
Thank you, Shannon!! I just love when a note pops in my inbox that there's a new blog from you. And Otter, thanks for sharing the link to the meditator…it just made me giggle at the oddity of the conversation…but sad in a way.
Things can change. I am finding it more and more in my own life. As I cultivate peace within myself, it ripples and makes itself evident in the people around me.

Oh and p.s., loved the picture with the rocks. Rocks always make me feel centered and happy…..
Thank you all so much for stopping by and sharing your wonderful thoughts and links!
Otter – As always, thank you so, so much for your kind words!! With regard to the link, wow, what a magnificent and brave thing that meditator is doing. The absurdity of his struggle does, however, make me cringe! ARRGGHH!!! Power to the peaceful!! :)
RES1 – Too funny that our peaceful blogging made the news! :D I wish that the mainsteam would pick up on some peaceful, happy thoughts for a change!! Breathe on, sister!! :)
Michael – Great link and wonderful, compassionate thoughts. Thanks for sharing!
CJ – I am sooo glad you are seeing ripples in your own life! How very exciting! So happy you liked the rocks, too. I have a total thing about rocks as well. They ground and center me, too. I have a large IKEA canvas of 5 rocks hanging in my bedroom! It makes me smile everyday!!! :)
Much love and many blessings to you all!
Namaste,
S:)
